Tribal Expression is Calgary's only Exclusive Piercing Studio. We are the only shop that manufactures, in house, all our own implant grade body jewelry. Being our own manufacturer we are also able to offer custom jewelry options for little or no extra cost.
Tribal Expression is proud to offer the most advanced sterilization processes available in Canada. The tools and jewelry for every piercing are sterilized immediately before every appointment. We are the only shop in Calgary that offers 100% individual appointment sterilization. We utilize ultraviolet, germicidal cabinets for anything that has to be stored sterile. Monthly spore tests and a printout of autoclave activity during every use guarantee that anything we autoclave is 100% sterile before use. Every piercing is done using a brand new single-use disposable needle. All needles are disposed of properly after the piercing and will never be re-used...
Our piercer, Keith Kennedy has 12 years of piercing experience in Calgary. 8 of those years were spent at To The Point Professional Body Piercing in Marda Loop. Keith has attended intermediate and advanced piercing seminars in San Francisco, put on by Gauntlet Inc. Keith is one of the few piercers in Calgary with formal piercing training.
Tribal Expression also offers branding and scarification. Keith has had formal training in the arts of scarification and branding from masters such as Dave Gilstrap, Wayde Dunn, Ron Garaza, Monte, Seth Cameron and Sky Renfro through Professional Piercing Information Systems.
We use several methods of branding including electro-cautery and thermal-cautery. Both utilize high end surgical devices and are far more humane and accurate than many other forms of branding. Keith specializes in combining the effects of branding and scarification to produce un-paralled levels of detail.

Yep we are opening a full service TATTOO SHOP, with, hair stylists, estheticians, registered massage therapists. Full mani and pedi services, rock and roll nails and laser services. You all know that tribal is on the leading edge of hot, and we feel it is about time to unleash TIKI TOWN on Calgary.
