Fourchette Piercing

A fourchette is essentially the female version of the guiche piercing. Located at the bottom of the vaginal opening, the outside entrance piercing entrance is just below the bottom of the perineum, the piercing exit hole about the same distance, just inside the vaginal opening.

A consultation is necessary as not everyone has the necessary anatomy for the piercing. The client will need to have enough tissue to pierce and hold the jewelry. Migration of this piercing is also not uncommon.

Typically pierced with a curved barbell or captive bead ring in at least a 12-gauge, this can be a pleasing addition to a women’s aesthetic. It can also provide extra stimulation to the sensitive tissue of the perineum.
