Orbital Piercing

Orbitals, popular in the late ’90s and early 2000s, have just recently started to make a comeback in the piercing industry. Usually performed on the ear, an orbital is essentially 2 piercings connected by one piece of jewelry.

You can have a lobe orbital, a conch orbital, a helix orbital, or a helix/conch orbital. There are few limitations for this piece, patience for healing is really the only obstacle when it comes to this piercing. Consulting with your piercer for the best placement and optimal jewelry size to get the look you want.

We will always suggest keeping jewelry simple, to begin with. Healing with a captive bead ring is best, then upgrade to that beautiful showpiece once the healing process has been completed.

Here at Tribal Expression, we implement the highest possible sterilization standards in Canada, the same standards you would see at a plastic surgeon’s office. We feel this is only right as any invasive procedure can be life-threatening if proper sterilization protocols are not met.

We ask that friends and family wait at a nearby coffee shop or in their car during the procedure. Please eat a light snack 30 minutes before your appointment.
