Guidelines
Please carefully read through all of our new guidelines to ensure you are prepared for your appointment.
We will be Piercing by appointment only so we can keep a strict schedule to allow for ample time between guests for cleaning the lobby and piercing rooms between each service.
We will not be accepting walk-ins at this time.
You can still get up to three piercings in during your appointment, so if you would like multiple services in one sitting please book for multiple services on our online booking platform or call the studio at 403-210-2442 so we can ensure we will have enough time for your services.
We would recommend booking an appointment for any service, including consultations, jewelry changes, downsizes, custom orders, and piercings.
If you do not already have an appointment booked please call before you arrive to ensure we will have time to fit you in for your preferred day and time.
All guests will be required to wear a medical-grade mask provided, at all times unless instructed by a piercer to remove it.
Please do not touch your piercings or your face during your visit.
At this time we ask that you do not bring any extra friends or family with you as we are only allowed a limited amount of people in the studio at once.
One parent will be allowed to accompany a minor getting pierced.
Please do not arrive early for your appointment. If you arrive early we ask that you wait in your vehicle until your appointment time slot or wait outside the studio.
If you are late for your appointment you will most likely need to reschedule as we are working within strict time slots to ensure physical distancing between guests and enough time for cleaning between each appointment. Please call us if you are running late.
We also ask that you do not bring in any extra personal items such as large purses/backpacks, jackets or food/drinks at this time.
As always make sure you eat before your appointment so you don’t feel faint during/after your piercing. Drinks will be provided by the staff to clients upon request.
Due to the risk of Covid-19, any guests who have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days or who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing, or coughing are asked to reschedule their appointment for the health and safety of our staff and clients.
If you arrive sick or your temperature is above average you will be asked to leave the studio immediately and reschedule.
We will be offering infant/children’s lobe piercings on certain Sundays and Mondays each month. If you would like to make an appointment for this please contact the studio at 403-210-2442. We will be asking that only one parent accompany their child at this time and we will be providing children’s masks as well.
If you do not follow or respect our new guidelines you will be asked to reschedule or leave the studio. Please respect this new temporary policy during this time for the health and safety of our staff and clients.
As always we will continue to be an industry leader setting standards in both sterilization and sanitization protocols.
We will continue to use UVC lights in our clean cabinets, individual, integrated and documented sterilization for each client as well as routine cleaning of our floors, common surfaces and door handles with medical grade disinfectants.
As always you are welcome to watch us sterilize your jewelry and piercing equipment through our Bio-Room window.
We are in this together and want to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the studio at all times.
We are trying to be as accommodating as possible even with our new guidelines and we hope you will be as well.
